Truck Powered Acid Pumper

Powered by a 335 kW (450 HP) engine, this versatile pump is suitable for all fluid pump requirements up to a pressure of 42 MPa and rates of 1.4 m³/min. The units are able to continuously blend complex fluids, pump acid, Liquid CO2 and other oilfield chemicals.

The high pressure triplex pump is driven from the truck engine through a five speed torque transmission and power divider. Each unit is equipped with two mixing tanks, tank mixing paddles, and a pressurized suction pump.
