New Generation Trailer Mounted Twin Cementer

Calfrac has combined the most current technology to date with the practicality of a multiple backup system to create the New Twin Cementing Unit. The twin powered Detroit diesel power units are coupled to the latest OFS (Oil Field Service) transmissions which in turn, drive MSI Triplex pumps at various speeds. Also coupled to these engines are hydraulic pumps individually capable of running all hydraulic driven components. These twinned components are especially important during cementing operations when there may be a shutdown or component failure.

The New Generation Trailer Mounted Twin Cementer features a high energy closed mixing system capable of pumping high-density cement slurries at high rates. The automatic controlled direct bulk fed mixing system featured on this unit is ideally suited for accurate density control and eliminating operator error.

The control cab gives the added features of safety, communication, and weather considerations while ensuring control systems integrity. With its use of direct bulk cement feed system, it maintains a dust free and environmentally sound work area.
