Truck Mounted Single Cementer

This new unit is a very versatile Cement Pumper with features that give it advantages on both shallow and deep well locations.  The Truck Mounted Single Cementer features a high energy closed mixing system capable of pumping cement slurries with densities up to 2200 kg/m³ and rates of 1.4 m³/min. It comes complete with 50 meters of 2”- 1502 treating iron for high-pressure treatments as well as a hydraulic driven hose reel complete with 40 meters of 2” (35 Mpa) hose suitable for shallow gas well applications.  

This Cat C-15 powered Truck Pumper has more than enough horsepower to drive its 4.5” triplex pump as well as the hydraulic driven mix and recirculation pumps for any cementing application.  The automated mixing system featured on this unit is ideally suited for accurate density control eliminating Operator error. This unit also utilizes direct bulk cement feed for dust control and an environmentally safe work area. The units plumbing has been engineered to reduce cleanup time and disposal costs.
