New Generation Trailer Mounted Blender

This blender features two 12” augers with a maximum combined sand delivery rate of 6500kgs/min. There are 4 auxiliary chemical pumps and this unit has a chemical hauling capacity of 4000 liters. The 2 deck engines produce 900 plus horsepower. This blender has the ability to achieve suction or discharge from either side of the blender. This unit is designed with state of the art automated sand delivery, chemical delivery, suction pump and tub control systems. Five touch screen operator displays provide an abundance of real time information and 5 levels of control redundancy. On board data storage allows capture of job and maintenance information. The climate-controlled cab provides protection and comfort for the operator.

The high horsepower deck engines 6” & 4” plumbing, larger suction pump and 12” sand augers combine in an efficient package to offer a multi performance blender.
