Truck Mounted BlenderCalfrac's fluid/proppant blender is designed to handle high viscosity fracturing fluids and increasing proppant concentrations. Proppant may be blended into fracturing fluids at ratios up to 2400 kg/m³. Output rates of up to 8 m³/min. The sand augers and chemical pumps are controlled either manually or by computer. |
