Nitrogen Manifold Trailer

This portable manifold trailer makes for quick safe rig ins. The layout of the trailer allows for nitrogen transport or storage units to supply liquid nitrogen to four nitrogen pumpers. The pumpers discharge into the high pressure manifold to the well.

The manifold also allows circulation of the well to a flow back tank through a flowback manifold. Valves on this unit are hydraulic actuated and remote controlled to keep personnel away from high pressure treating iron. Maximum working pressure is 100 MPa.
