Our Indigenous engagement is unique, wide ranging, and an opportunity to be effective through collaboration. From employment opportunities, to supply chain procurement, sub-contracting opportunities for Indigenous businesses, and training direct to the communities we associate with. Our goal is to provide Indigenous communities with an increase in self-sufficiency, generate a career path for Indigenous people, promote community development, and an understanding of our operation and equipment.
